This is a terrific photo of the "typical" pitcher stance. Re. your profile comments: I would hardly regard your photographic level as "beginner"--I've surfed your blog tonight and am impressed. Incidentally, I grew up in Green Bay, eons ago and now live in St. Paul. In less than 3 weeks we'll make our annual trip to Washington Island, but stay in Grb. for two nights with relatives first. Am enjoying your blog and hope to see more photos. I've posted photos from the "shrine"--the stadium on former visits. It's a good place for some great photos. Am looking forward to more photos from you. Gosh! Daily Photo found its way to Green Bay!!
Shouldn't you GBer's be on countdown to the Pack opening up camp? When I lived in Cleveland, the Indians season ended about July 31, for all intents and purposes.
I will bring you a photo from Green Bay or (if all else fails) wherever I happen to be at the time.
Typically I take photos with a Sony Alpha 350 with one of three lens [ (18-70mm Sony), (70-200mm Sony), (70-300mm Tamron)].
I currently consider my camera work at a beginner level ... but this blog will help me get better.
From time to time my friend Tom who lives a little further out in the country will be called upon to deliver some photos of local wildlife or pictures from the Bay. These will be noted.
