Purple Weed Blossom

This photo was supposed to be in a series of weed blossoms I took this summer. Turns out I didn't take that many ... regular flowers are in much greater supply in the city. Still, no blue weed blossoms either ... blue must be a complicated color for plants.

On a totally unrelated note Happy Birthday to my father and sister!

Flower Week: Purple ... or Indigo?

This was really my favorite of the flowers ... it was the closest to blue.
